Opening my own brokerage has always been a dream of mine. A dream that is now a reality! My many years of experience and expertise (since 2008) has shaped my business and gives me the foundation needed to grow a successful brokerage.
My objective at Home Sweet Home is to help you, my clientele, make informed and calculated choices as you buy, sell and lease real estate. During these processes there are a lot of things to consider and decisions to make, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
Property management is my passion and where I began my real estate career. It all started with a position at a small-scale apartment community as a resident manager. Since then I have managed over 1,000 different doors whether it is single family homes, multi-family, apartment communities and commercial locations. My passion for real estate has expanded to include sales. I love the “This is IT” Moment. It drives me to search listings and research homes on the market before we ever step foot inside.

Amit Shah began his real estate career in 2016 as a sales agent and joined Home Sweet Home PM& Sales in 2021, a boutique real estate firm in Tallahassee, FL. His investment background allows him to offer advice to his clients on property investments and new construction homes. From lending, to loan processing, to working with title companies and other related businesses, Shah knows what goes into buying and selling a home. It is a major financial undertaking, and by applying his skill, care, and diligence to every client, it seems to make the process painless and enjoyable.
